📋 Description

  • Own a book of enterprise and mid-market BrightEdge customers as primary contact.
  • Lead exec-level conversations with VP- and C-level marketing leaders to secure renewals.
  • Proactively manage the full account lifecycle: renewals, upsells, expansion.
  • Translate BrightEdge performance data into ROI-focused narratives.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and long-term health.
  • Forecast, manage, and close against a monthly retention and expansion quota.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years closing in quota SaaS Account Management or New Business (MarTech preferred).
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets (MRR/renewals/expansion).
  • Sales cycle end-to-end experience in a CRM; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling; translate data into business value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organization and time-management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
