- Own a book of enterprise and mid-market BrightEdge customers as primary contact.
- Lead exec-level conversations with VP- and C-level marketing leaders to secure renewals.
- Proactively manage the full account lifecycle: renewals, upsells, expansion.
- Translate BrightEdge performance data into ROI-focused narratives.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and long-term health.
- Forecast, manage, and close against a monthly retention and expansion quota.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–2 years closing in quota SaaS Account Management or New Business (MarTech preferred).
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets (MRR/renewals/expansion).
- Sales cycle end-to-end experience in a CRM; Salesforce preferred.
- Strong presentation and storytelling; translate data into business value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organization and time-management.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
