🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Experience managing, retaining and growing a book of business
  • Consistent over-performance on key sales or customer success metrics
  • Remarkable discovery skills with customers and genuine business curiosity
  • A technical solutioning framework, including the ability to gather requirements
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects with engineering, product and finance teams
