  • Manage a portfolio of ~20-30 accounts with annual spend of $100k-$500k.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support your book.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships across customer departments to build value.
  • Own contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial questions for the customer relationship.
  • Work with onboarding teams for a frictionless new-customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Product, Finance, Revenue Ops, Legal).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in ad-tech and/or digital marketing preferred.
  • Proven ability to hit quarterly sales quota, renewals, and expansions.
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-energy sales culture.
