📋 Description

  • Own a book of enterprise and mid-market BrightEdge customers
  • Lead executive-level conversations with VP- and C-level marketing leaders
  • Manage renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
  • Translate performance data into ROI narratives and business impact
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and health
  • Forecast, manage, and close against a monthly retention quota

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years closing SaaS account management or new business experience (MarTech preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets (MRR/renewals/expansion)
  • Comfort leading strategic conversations with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills; translate data to business value
  • End-to-end sales cycle experience; CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization/time management
  • Bachelor’s degree required
