📋 Description

  • Educate and recruit strategic accounts and Lab Partners for women’s health tests.
  • Become SME on Natera tech and services; engage KOLs and hospital leaders.
  • Build relationships with OB/GYN residency and MFM fellowship programs.
  • Collaborate to implement EMR and UX tools to grow women’s health products.
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with sales goals and regional strategies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) team to maximize opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years physician sales in diagnostic laboratory industry, preferably genetics lab.
  • 3+ years strategic sales or consulting in diagnostic laboratory field.
  • Proven success in developing new markets, launching products, and increasing revenue.
  • Award-winning management or consulting track record.
  • Market knowledge/experience in reproductive health preferred.
