  • Own and maintain relationships across ~160 strategic retail sellers, driving expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or account management, ideally in SaaS, payments, or POS tech.
  • Proven success growing and retaining a book of business.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering and translating needs into scalable solutions.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and pricing with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; storytelling is central to this role.
