  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience.
  • Experience managing, retaining and growing a book of business.
  • Consistent over-performance on key sales metrics.
  • Strong discovery skills with customers.
  • A technical solutioning framework with requirements gathering.
  • Contract and pricing negotiations with external stakeholders.
