  • Carry a sales quota that aligns with Upbound's revenue goals.
  • Function as the primary contact and face of Upbound for new prospects.
  • Prospect and develop opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex mid-enterprise sales campaigns with multiple touchpoints.
  • Ensure rollout and adoption of Upbound products with pre/post sales teams.
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals with top 1-2 on your team.
  • Experience in solution/value selling in enterprise cloud, incl. open source.
  • Correctly estimate qualifying opportunities based on BANT.
  • Genuine passion for bringing new products to market.
  • Drive to build a business and close deals; growth mindset.
  • Relentless focus on customer success and meeting current/future needs.
