  • Strong background in sales and/or management consulting.
  • Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a revenue track record.
  • Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across complex orgs.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation in German (fluent) and English.
  • Self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and decision-making.
