  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
  • 10+ years medical sales and 3+ years selling complex diagnostics to health systems
  • Experience closing and implementing contracts with health systems
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols
  • Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and ability to sell technically complex products
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning
