- 10+ years medical sales and 3+ years selling complex diagnostics to health systems
- Experience closing and implementing contracts with health systems
- Understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and ability to sell technically complex products
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning
