  • Lead LPR sales strategy with Key Account Leaders to close deals.
  • Be the technical expert on LPR, data workflows, and cloud software.
  • Support complex sales cycles with RFPs and decision-makers.
  • Deliver demos, pilots, and customer education sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, CS, and Field Sales.
  • Champion the customer voice to improve product-market fit.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, public safety/SaaS/smart infra
  • Proven track record in long, multi-stakeholder cycles and quotas
  • Strong technical aptitude - explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives on strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of public safety procurement incl. RFPs, budgets, and grants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling
  • High integrity and ability to build trust with law enforcement
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% to sites and events
