π― Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales, public safety/SaaS/smart infra
- Proven track record in long, multi-stakeholder cycles and quotas
- Strong technical aptitude - explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives on strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of public safety procurement incl. RFPs, budgets, and grants
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling
- High integrity and ability to build trust with law enforcement
- Willingness to travel 30-50% to sites and events
