- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infra.
- Proven track record of multi-stakeholder cycles; exceed quotas.
- Strong technical aptitude; explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to IT/non-technical users.
- Experience collaborating with KAE or sales teams on strategic accounts.
- Deep understanding of public safety/government procurement; RFPs, budgets, grants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling.
- High integrity, mission alignment; build trust with law enforcement customers.
- Willingness to travel 30β50% to sites/events/demos.
