  • Lead LPR sales strategy with KALs to close deals.
  • Be the technical expert on LPR products and data workflows.
  • Support complex sales with RFPs and multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Deliver product demos, pilots, and customer education.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Success, and Sales.
  • Champion customer voice to improve product-market fit.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in public safety, SaaS, or smart infra.
  • Proven track record of multi-stakeholder cycles; exceed quotas.
  • Strong technical aptitude; explain camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software to IT/non-technical users.
  • Experience collaborating with KAE or sales teams on strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of public safety/government procurement; RFPs, budgets, grants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling.
  • High integrity, mission alignment; build trust with law enforcement customers.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% to sites/events/demos.
