🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years with self-insured employers, payers, TPAs or enterprise health clients.
  • Proven consultative sales success with complex stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities across product lines.
  • Experience managing a book of business, client impact, reporting.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and client success.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication to convey complex information clearly.
