📋 Description

  • Drive revenue growth in large, complex, visible accounts.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline; grow consumption.
  • Lead and execute a strategic, complex sales cycle with C-level engagement.
  • Become an in-depth expert/SME of Confluent offerings and competition.
  • Understand customers’ goals to become a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystem to sell to/through ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in quota-carrying sales, growing consumption within accounts/territory.
  • Experience in Big Data, Consumption, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT.
  • Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger).
  • Experience leading and executing a highly complex sales strategy.
  • Strong track record of overachieving and hitting quota.
  • Ability to articulate business value to businesses of all sizes.
