  • Hunt net-new Federal logos and maintain a high-conversion pipeline.
  • Lead the full federal GTM motion from qualification to contract award.
  • Navigate procurement pathways (RFPs, RFIs, SBIR/STTR, IDIQs, BPAs).
  • Partner with Value Engineering and Sales Engineering to diagnose pain and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales with strong revenue targets.
  • Direct experience selling to U.S. Federal Civilian, DoD, or IC.
  • Proven success navigating federal procurement cycles and contract vehicles.
  • Experience in high-compliance environments with federal security standards.
  • Self-starter in hunter roles leveraging government and partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code, workflow automation, or AI-native platforms.
  • Experience in partner-influenced deal cycles within Federal GSI/SI ecosystem.
  • Strong CRM discipline and MEDDPICC mastery in long-cycle government sales.
