๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Secure new Enterprise accounts across multiple customers for long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategy to identify and win high-potential accounts in untapped markets.
  • Identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Plan and drive Databricks usage growth in new accounts to maximize impact.
  • Establish C-suite relationships (Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Data Science) as advocates.
  • Orchestrate Databricks teams and ecosystem partners to maximize impact on sales motions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years selling complex software to DOD/DOW/R&E and OUSD.
  • Knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, cycles, decision-making, and ecosystem.
  • Background in selling usage-based PaaS/SaaS or Data/AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, value selling, and Command of the Message.
  • Experience hunting in greenfield space and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build customer champions and cross-functional teams to support expansion.
