- U.S. Federal programs and procurement familiarity. FAR/DFARS, PPBE, IDIQ/GWAC, OTA.
- Architectural fluency; explain Databricks integration within a DIB enterprise architecture with a Solution Architect.
- DIB familiarity; prior experience selling to or partnering with RTX, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, BAE, General Dynamics, Boeing or comparable primes.
- Executive selling breadth; proven success selling to CROs, Heads of Product and LoB executives (beyond IT/CDO).
- Builder mindset; autonomy in fast-moving environments; ability to drive alignment and land results.
- Security clearance and experience handling classified or sensitive defense contracts.
