  • Drive value-based growth via joint business plans, co-sell motions, and end-customer activation.

  • U.S. Federal programs and procurement familiarity. FAR/DFARS, PPBE, IDIQ/GWAC, OTA.
  • Architectural fluency; explain Databricks integration within a DIB enterprise architecture with a Solution Architect.
  • DIB familiarity; prior experience selling to or partnering with RTX, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, BAE, General Dynamics, Boeing or comparable primes.
  • Executive selling breadth; proven success selling to CROs, Heads of Product and LoB executives (beyond IT/CDO).
  • Builder mindset; autonomy in fast-moving environments; ability to drive alignment and land results.
  • Security clearance and experience handling classified or sensitive defense contracts.
