- 10+ years relevant experience, incl. 5+ years in Management/Process Consulting.
- Proven ability to engage at the C-level with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with KPIs in Finance and Supply Chain.
- Solid understanding of Manufacturing and/or Logistics Services industry.
- Fluent German and English communication.
- Willingness to collaborate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
