  • Manage and expand some of our most important Retail customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue and margin.
  • Partner with Twilio teams to identify new revenue in Regulated Verticals.
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team with product, finance, support, and services.
  • Run a disciplined forecast, achieve goals, and present guidance to executives.
  • Lead deep discovery with largest customers and champion their point of view.

  • 7 years of sales experience, at least 3 in major/strategic sales.
  • Proven ability to manage or lead quantitative, analytical products and solutions.
  • Accountable for relationship management, cross-sells, upsells and consulting.
  • Comfortable with business and technical leaders, influencing their understanding.
  • Analytical account development strategy based on data to prove value.
  • Track record of managing forecasts and financial models.
