  • Manage and expand some of our most important ISV accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue and margins.
  • Partner with Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within accounts.
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team with product, finance, support, and services.
  • Run a disciplined forecast, achieve goals, and present guidance to executives.
  • Run highly consultative sales cycles with our largest customers, with deep discovery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8 years sales experience; at least 3 years in major/strategic sales.
  • Experience managing/leading quantitative, analytical products and solutions.
  • Relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfortable with business and highly technical leaders; influence and partner.
  • Analytical account development using data to find opportunities and prove value.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; track record forecasting and financial models.
