  • Manage and strategically expand relationships with High Tech customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue and margins across your High Tech portfolio.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure, including launch.
  • Run highly consultative sales cycles with deep discovery and understanding of customer needs.
  • Understand the customer's technical requirements and map them to Twilio API capabilities to design solutions.
  • Communicate with developers, managers, and executives across the customer organization.

  • 8+ years sales; 3+ years strategic/major accounts; proven selling complex tech.
  • Relationship mgmt; cross-sells, upsells; solutions consulting.
  • Experience with business and technical leaders; influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical, data-driven account development; identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Consistently exceeded quota.
  • Familiar with Twilio tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Looker, Tableau, Gong.
