  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Avail to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent, player-coach leadership in day-to-day ops.
  • Strong hospitality and exceptional customer service.
  • Tech savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiar with commercial convection ovens (plus).
