  • Hire, coach and develop diverse hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers)
  • Lead service components: quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales; support growth
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Available Thu-Sun mid-to-late shifts
  • Player-coach, benevolent leadership style
  • Strong hospitality and customer service focus
  • Tech savvy: Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; experience with ATS
  • Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus)
