Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff.
• Lead service: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, cleanliness.
• Build a culture prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute fun local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Leadership style: player-coach with hospitality focus.
• Strong hospitality mindset; exceptional customer service.
• Tech: restaurant/retail software; Outlook, Excel, Teams; ATS hiring.
• Familiar with convection ovens (a plus).
