  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
  • Innate hospitality and strong customer service
  • Tech chops: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
  • ATS hiring experience; convection ovens a plus
