- 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
- Innate hospitality and exceptional customer service.
- Strong tech acumen with restaurant/retail software; Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
- Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
