  • 3+ years management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and restaurant software
  • Experience hiring employees using an Applicant Tracking System
