  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.

  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Solid tech acumen with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams.
  • Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
