  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service quality: food, guest service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality, guest service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops; drive in store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mindset.
  • Strong hospitality mindset; deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
