๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers.
  • Lead service components: quality, customer service, friendliness, cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing quality, service, and growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Solid tech acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
