  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, team friendliness.
  • Build a culture of excellence around cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
  • An innate hospitality sense and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
