  • Hire, coach, and develop diverse part-time staff.
  • Lead service components including quality and customer service through the team.

  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
  • Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent, player-coach leadership style.
  • Strong hospitality and customer service orientation.
  • Technical skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
