📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop diverse part-time staff.
• Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Cultivate excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales.
• Manage inventory and proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in restaurant/retail management.
• Able to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership style.
• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
• Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
