  • Hire, coach, and develop part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong restaurant/retail software skills; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS exp.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens - a plus.
