๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead and develop a diverse hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Direct service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Maintain proper controls by managing and auditing inventory.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Develop in-store recognition programs and contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
  • Strong hospitality focus and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech-savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
