- 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
- Strong hospitality focus and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Tech-savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
- Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
