  • Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service components: quality, customer service, cleanliness.
  • Build culture of excellence in quality, service, and growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management in restaurant or retail
  • Available 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset
  • Strong hospitality and customer service
  • Tech: restaurant software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS
  • Familiarity with convection ovens (plus)
