  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service components: quality, customer service, and store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech savvy with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens.
