  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness.
  • Build a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
  • Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Benevolent, player-coach leadership for daily management.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Tech: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS hiring experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
