  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • Hospitality-minded with strong customer service.
  • Tech-savvy with restaurant software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
