  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
  • Support personal growth and opportunity for team members.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
  • Innate hospitality and exceptional customer service
  • Tech acumen: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS
  • Familiarity with convection ovens a plus
