- 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
- Innate hospitality and exceptional customer service
- Tech acumen: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS
- Familiarity with convection ovens a plus
