๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence around cookie quality, service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management
  • Innate hospitality with ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and experience with an ATS
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
