- 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
- Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
- Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
- Hospitality-focused with exceptional customer service.
- Strong tech skills: retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS.
- Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
