  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • Hospitality-focused with exceptional customer service.
  • Strong tech skills: retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS.
  • Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
