  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mindset.
  • An innate sense of hospitality and exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.
