  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management/leadership.
  • Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Player-coach leadership style for day-to-day ops.
  • Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional customer service.
  • Tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
