  • Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
  • Lead service quality: food quality, customer service, friendliness, store cleanliness.
  • Cultivate excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
  • Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach approach.
  • Strong hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Proficiency with restaurant software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
