  • Hire, coach, and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers)
  • Lead food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, and store cleanliness
  • Build a culture prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales growth
  • Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
  • Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
  • Hospitality mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong software skills: ATS, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
