๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Hire and coach a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, delivery drivers)
  • Lead service components: quality, customer service, store cleanliness
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong tech skills: restaurant software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus)
