๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, friendliness, store cleanliness.
  • Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute fun, local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
  • Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
  • An innate hospitality mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Solid tech acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
