Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service: quality food, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to ensure proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and promotions.
• Implement in-store recognition programs and contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
• Hospitable mindset and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Tech-savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
