  • Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
  • Foster a culture of excellence prioritizing quality, service and growth.
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
  • Create and execute local marketing drops.
  • Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
  • Hospitable leadership with a player-coach approach.
  • Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong tech acumen: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
